Request , not confirmed reservation; we will contact you to confirm the dates, room
selection, rates, etc.

Certain holiday, event, and/or peak weekends require a
two-night minimum stay. |
| Cancellation: |
Reservations are held with a valid credit card. A $20 service charge may be charged if cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days of your scheduled arrival. If cancellation is received within 7 days of your scheduled arrival AND if another guest fills the room we have held for you, there will only be a $20 charge. The full room rate plus tax may be charged for no-shows and unfilled reserved rooms in which the cancellation was not received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. At the innkeeper's discretion, cancellation charges may be applied towards a future stay if booked within one year. |

Required ONLY for rental of all the rooms, large groups, or extended
visits. 25% deposit plus tax at the time the reservation is made. |

We accept cash, check, traveler's check, MasterCard, and Visa (U.S.
dollars). A valid credit card number is required to secure a reservation but we do not
normally charge your credit card until you arrive here. |
| Tax: |
8% New Hampshire Meals and Rentals Tax will be added to room rates. |
| Breakfast : |
Room rates include a scrumptious, bountiful breakfast. We do our best
to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences with advance notice. |

| Children : |
We take pleasure in welcoming well-behaved, supervised children of all
ages to our bed and breakfast. Please let us know in advance the ages and number of
children so that we will be ready for your family (roll-away bed, high chair, etc.). |

Normally between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Arrangements can be made for
early or late arrivals. |

Normally by 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for later departures. |
